Produced from selected grapes that are dried for four months, this fine wine presents a deep, lustrous garnet hue and delicate nose.

Historical wine, father and predecessor of the famous Amarone.

Vineyard:
Hillside Vineyard in the historical Valpolicella Classica area.

Grape variety:
Corvina Veronese 15%, Corvinone 40%, Rondinella 40%, Molinara 5%.

Alcohol:
14,0 % vol.

Vinification:
Steel tanks and vitrified

concrete.
Maturation:
3 years in French Oak barrels of 10 hectoliters

Color:
Compact ruby red color.

Smell:
Rich and intense with hints of ripe cherry.

Taste:
Velvety, pleasant taste, smooth, sweet but never cloying.

Serving temperature:
16° C.

Recommended with:
Dry pastries.
