AMARONE della Valpolicella Classico “LE PALÈ” DOCG
Amarone Classico “LE PALE” is made exclusively with grapes of native vines, gathered in property vines extended along the foothills, in the heart of Classic Valpolicella. The implant system used is the traditional “Pergola Veronese”. Grapes are harvested in October, then arranged on racks in large and airy lofts, where they rest until February.
